A Properous Lunar New Year Wish

Lunar New YearToday marks the first day of the Lunar New Year (also known as Chinese New Year) for the Chinese communities worldwide. According to the Chinese zodiac (which centers around animals), this year will be the year of the Boar or Pig. During this period of festivities, it is a tradition to light firecrackers, visit each other’s homes, exchanging gifts and giving out red packets.

To all my Chinese readers, I wish you a prosperous year ahead filled with wealth, health and success.

GONG XI FATT CHAI!! 🙂
