					<description>Maybe it's just me, but turning off encryption of payment information seems like a really bad idea, especially if anyone is paying via credit card.  The following thread gave a much better solution: http://www.paypaldev.org/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9986, especially as suggested by dbomer. 

Actually, I pasted Paypal's code into Notepad, didn't notice any weird line breaks, pasted it into my html and it worked fine.  I really wonder if this was a Paypal issue all along.</description>
