How To Build Bicep Muscles

Muscle ManAll man wants to look good; like those men models with nice biceps and a 6-pack abdomen muscles. Wouldn’t it be nice to subtly flash that muscular biceps by wearing a sleeveless tee-shirt? Instead of going to the gym and start pumping those irons, there is a much cost-effective and convenience way to build your biceps. That’s by doing chin up exercises at home using quality chin up bar. Don’t use the bars in your closet; it won’t withstand your weight.

Chin up exercises have been practiced for ages and is known to develop your biceps in the process. Chin ups are to be done slowly. Avoid jerky actions or motions as you will risk muscle injury through tears, pulls or strains. Chin up bars are relatively cheap and can be attached to your door frame within minutes; ready for you to start developing your bicep muscles.

Internet Is Keeping Me Indoors

LG Electronic Internet LCD RefridgeratorWe have online newspapers; we also have online clothing stores; we even have online banks and today, we have online pharmacy. The Internet has truly made our lives easier and more convenient in terms of reaching out for our needs. I can remember those days when I used to queue up at the bank for ages to just make a small amount of money transfer. Today, transferring money via online banks is so convenient and the transaction is completed with a few mouse clicks.

With an unlimited Internet access in my home, I can shop all day via my computer for goods, services and groceries. Thank God for credit cards and Paypal too. Companies like LG Electronics is adding convenience by incorporating an Internet enabled refrigerator with LCD screen. Now, you can surf the Internet right in front of your fridge. While reading this blog post, you can easily grab an apple to eat. ;)

With all these convenience, I’ll probably reduce my outdoor activities to a minimum. Less outdoors means less sunlight for my skin to produce Vitamin-D; fear not, I’ll just order it online.

Drive - Best Way to Visit Hawaii

Driving a Car in Hawaii on Twisted RoadsFor many of us, tour companies are a godsend during our vacations. However, as I have discovered, driving is probably the best way to visit Hawaii. All you have to do instead of contacting a tour company is to call any Hawaii car rental company for a quotation. Last I checked, it would cost in a range of US$160 to US$180 to rent a mid-sized car for 5 whole days.

Driving provides you with the freedom to pace your own vacation and you can drive to any spot in Hawaii, stopping as often or as long as you desire. Now, if you try that while with a tour company, you will probably be left behind.

If you have family members traveling with you, it makes more sense to travel in a car as it is cheaper than having all of them paying tour fees. If you have a couple of travel companion with you, it’s a great way to reduce your holiday expenses by splitting the car rental bill.

For the slightly more adventurous, grab yourself a Hawaii AA Street Map and venture off the beaten tracks. Alternatively, grab your GPS enabled BlackBerry and start your adventure.
